**Common Touch Screen Issues and Troubleshooting Guide**
**Problem 1: Touch Screen Not Sensitive**
If your touch screen is unresponsive or not sensitive, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. **Clean the Surface**: Start by wiping the touch screen with a soft cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or smudges that might be affecting its sensitivity.
2. **Calibrate the Screen**: Open the touch screen calibration tool in the software and perform a full calibration to ensure accurate touch detection.
3. **Check Screws**: Sometimes, the touch screen may become less responsive if the screws on the back of the LCD are too tight. Gently loosen them to see if this improves performance.
4. **Try a Different USB Port**: If the touch screen is connected via USB, try switching to a different port. A faulty or low-power USB port can cause poor performance.
5. **Update or Reinstall Drivers**: Outdated or corrupted drivers can lead to touch issues. Uninstall the current driver and reinstall the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.
**Problem 2: Touch Screen Does Not Respond at All**
If the touch screen is completely unresponsive, check the following:
1. **Power Indicator Check**: Look at the touch screen control card. If the green light is blinking, it indicates that power is being supplied properly. If not, check the power source.
2. **Test Calibration Function**: Try opening the calibration program. If it doesn’t launch, the control card might be malfunctioning.
3. **Change USB Port**: Swap the USB cable to a different port. Some ports may not provide enough power or could be damaged.
4. **Check Driver Installation**: Ensure that the correct driver is installed and matches the USB port you're using. Mismatched drivers can prevent the screen from working.
5. **Inspect the Screen**: If all else fails, the touch screen itself may be damaged or cracked. In such cases, replacement is necessary.
By following these steps, you can often resolve most common touch screen issues without needing professional help. If the problem persists, it's recommended to contact technical support for further assistance.
MCC200-A8 Multiparameter Controller
The multi-parameter controller produced by Daruifuno is a multifunctional device that supports the digital online connection of up to 8 sensors. Unlike single-parameter controllers that can only measure one parameter at a time, our multi-parameter controller provides comprehensive readings of various water quality parameters, including pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, conductivity, COD, ammonia nitrogen, residual chlorine, suspended solids, etc.
Now the multiparameter controller models are: MCC100-A2, MCC200-A4, MCC200-A8, and the new model MCC500-A20 is under development.
