In order to accurately control the amount of the glue, the agitator selects the coating parameters such as coating bar and coating speed in advance, and uses 1 mL of the injection color wheel. A certain amount of photoresist is added to the ITO glass near one end of the coating bar, and then coated immediately. The coated samples were baked on a hot plate (Lab Tech EH 20B) at a temperature of 95 ° C for 5 min.
