According to the report of “2016 Zhongzhi Q2 Human Resources Market Key Indicators” released by the professional human resources organization Zhongzhi Shanghai Economic and Technical Cooperation Co., Ltd. on the 24th, the average salary adjustment rate of Chinese enterprises from January to June 2016 was 7.0%. It has declined in previous years.
In the four first-tier cities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shenzhen, the average salary rate in Shanghai is the lowest, only 6.7%.
The data shows that from different industries, housing prices have risen year after year, and the real estate industry has become hot. The salary rate in the first half of the year was 8.6%. The Internet industry ranked second in the salary list with the advantage of “Internet +”. The downturn, overcapacity, and employee turnover, the salary rate in the first half of the year was at the bottom, and the average salary rate was 6.4%.
In terms of salary adjustment, the companies surveyed accounted for nearly half of the employees' performance according to their performance. Among all the wage-paying enterprises, 56% choose the general staff, 34% implement the salary adjustment strategy for some employees, and 9% do not adjust the salary this year. Among the four first-tier cities in the north, the Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the average salary rate in Shanghai is the lowest, only 6.7%. However, the proportion of full-time salary adjustments for enterprises in Shanghai is relatively high, and among the companies surveyed, in the first half of 2016, Shanghai handed over the “zero pay cut” answer.
In Shencheng, the average salary adjustment rate of foreign-funded enterprises in the first half of 2016 was lower than that of domestic-funded enterprises. The adjustment rates of European and American companies and Japanese-funded enterprises were 5.9% and 6.7%, respectively, while the salary adjustment rates of state-owned and private enterprises were 7.2% and 8.0%.
Compared with enterprises in the Shanghai area, private enterprises still have the highest salary rate, reaching 7.4%.
