The primary purpose of this process is to protect the bearing from moisture, dust, and impact, ensuring its quality and precision remain intact during storage and transportation. Bearing packaging is generally divided into two parts: **inner packaging** and **outer packaging**. The inner packaging plays a crucial role in maintaining the bearing's condition for an extended period. It is categorized based on the **anti-rust duration**: 1. **Short Anti-Rust Packaging (3–6 months)**: Suitable for large-volume deliveries to the same customer, where the bearings will be used shortly after delivery. This type of packaging is simple and cost-effective. 2. **Standard Anti-Rust Packaging (1 year)**: Ideal for general-purpose bearings that are not stored for long periods. 3. **Long Anti-Rust Packaging (2 years)**: Designed for high-precision or special bearings that require extended protection. The materials used for inner packaging include polyethylene plastic tubes, kraft paper, composite paper, cartons, plastic films, nylon or plastic tapes, waterproof plastic tapes, and linen bags. These materials must meet strict corrosion resistance standards to ensure the bearing remains in optimal condition. ### Guidelines for Inner Packaging Methods: - **Miniature Bearings**: 10–15 sets are placed into a plastic cylinder, with 5–10 cylinders packed into a box or bag. - **Medium and Small Bearings**: - Multiple units are wrapped in polyethylene film or kraft paper. - They can also be placed in a plastic cylinder or individually sealed in a polyethylene bag and then packed into a carton. - **Large Bearings**: - Individually wrapped in polyethylene film or composite paper, then placed into a carton. - Some are packaged in a three-layer system: inner layer (polyethylene tape), middle layer (fastening tape), and outer layer (waterproof plastic tape). - **Extra Large Bearings**: - Three-layer wrapping as described above. - For even larger sizes, a four-layer wrap may be used, with the outermost layer being a linen tape. For **separable tapered roller bearings** with an outer diameter ≥150mm, the inner and outer components should be separated and packaged individually. Similarly, **exchangeable cylindrical roller bearings** of the same size can be disassembled and packaged separately for better protection. ### Outer Packaging Requirements: - **Double corrugated boxes**: Each box should not exceed 25kg, and the outside should be secured with plastic strapping. - **Nail boxes (wooden boxes)**: Each box should not exceed 30kg, and the exterior is reinforced with steel bands. - **Calcium plastic corrugated boxes**: Similar to double corrugated boxes, but with a lighter weight limit and plastic strapping. When placing inner-packaged bearings into outer boxes, it’s important to line the box with a plastic bag or film first. The meter consists of mass flow sensor and transmitter. Mass flow sensor is a phase-sensitive resonant sensor based on Coriolis effect, composed of vibration tube, signal detector, concussion driver, structural support, shell, etc.

Mass flow transmitter is a micro-programming-centered electronic system, which supplies thrust to sensor, transforms sensor signal into mass flow signal & others, and improves accuracy in accordance with temperature parameter.
It`s composed of switching power supplier, guard grating, core processor board, display module, etc., installed in a ex-proof junction box. Switching power supply offers power for transmitter; safe grating isolates sensor and transmitter intrinsically; core processor detects & processes sensor phase signal, sends mass flow signal and process communication.
