2 Maintenance:
When carrying out maintenance work on electrical equipment, perform maintenance work on the contactor.
1) External maintenance:
a. Cleaning external dust;
b. Check whether the fasteners are loose, especially the conductor connection part, to prevent loose contact and heat;
2) Contact system maintenance:
a. Check whether the position of the moving and static contact is correct, and whether the three phases are closed at the same time. If there is any problem, adjust the contact spring;
b. Check the degree of wear of the contacts. The depth of wear shall not exceed 1mm. The contacts shall be burnt. When the welding is disengaged, they shall be replaced in a timely manner. In the case of slight burn, they will not affect the use. It is not allowed to use sandpaper when clearing the contacts, plastic trowel should be used;
c. Measure the phase insulation resistance, the resistance is not lower than 10MΩ;
d. Check whether the auxiliary contact action is flexible. The contact stroke should meet the specified value. Check whether the contact is loose and fall off. If any problem is found, repair or replace it in time.
3) Core section maintenance:
a. Cleaning dust, especially moving parts and iron core contact surface;

4) Electromagnetic coil maintenance:
a. Measuring coil insulation resistance;

c. Check the coil lead connection, if any open welding, burning should be repaired in time. 5) arc chute maintenance:
a. Check whether the arcing cover is damaged;
b. whether the position of the arc cover is loose and position changes;
c. Remove the metal particles and debris in the slits of the arc chute.
