Three storage methods of celery

The celery collected from the roots is planted in the roots, and the plants or plants (or bundles) are erected in the artificial planting ditch, fully watered, and then watered again according to the soil moisture. The semi-underground storage raft is built on the north side of the wind barrier, and the earth wall is built around the raft. A vertical ventilator is placed at intervals of about 1 meter in the middle of the south wall . Then, the ventilation sump is digging at the bottom of the raft to communicate with each ventilating vent; at the surface of the smashing north wall, the air inlet is dug into the raft. The bottom of the raft is covered with high stalks and covered with fine soil. The bundles of celery are placed in a sloping manner with the roots facing down and filled with a thin soil. After the soil is covered, the temperature inside the crucible is maintained at -1--2 °C. After the sputum was released, it was slowly thawed at 0-2 °C.

 

The modified celery with 3cm short roots is bundled into small handles. It is pre-cooled for one or two days at -1 °C in the crucible and then put into plastic bags. Each bag is opened with ventilation holes to adjust the gas inside the bag. Then store in the sputum, keep the temperature at 0.5 °C, and the relative humidity of the air is about 95% .
