The separation section of the sprayer consists of a cyclone separation drum, a filter screen and inlet and outlet ports. Its function is to make the available powder into the original powder box and mix with the original powder through a specific cyclone separation cylinder device, and then enter the spraying equipment cycle again, while another small particle powder is difficult to adsorb in the electric field of the spraying equipment. Bring electricity to electronics. If these waste powders are not added to the original powder in time, the amount of powder available in the original powder will be less and less, and the effective powder of the spraying equipment per unit time will become less and less, resulting in the workpiece film of the spraying equipment. The thickness is getting thinner.

The powder and gas mixture from the separation section enters the filtration section, and the filtration section consists of a filtration chamber, a waste toner collection box, and a clean gas system. At the same time, the pulse period and airflow intensity can be adjusted according to the actual production conditions to achieve the best recovery effect. Here, the filter element and the pulse gas are more critical. If the filter element is not good, it will easily lead to unclean filtration, so that the discharged fine powder will enter the atmosphere and affect the surrounding environment. In severe cases, the local dust concentration will be too high, causing an explosion.
