Foods placed in the refrigerator should have a certain package (including plastic wrap), which is to prevent food freeze-drying, odor, mutual pollution, and reduce the number of defrosting.

The fish and meat to be frozen should be packaged according to the amount of food consumed by the family to prevent the large-scale food from being thawed many times, affecting its nutritional value and umami taste, and also saving electricity.

It is best to heat the leftover food first, and then put it in the refrigerator after cooling. If it is refrigerated for more than 24 hours, it should be cooked and then eaten.

Ordinary refrigerators should be melted regularly (except for automatic defrost refrigerators) and rinsed. It is best to wash them again with chlorine dioxide disinfectant. This disinfectant does not produce toxic halogenated hydrocarbon compounds, which not only achieves the purpose of disinfection, but also removes odors in the refrigerator.
