Induction Cooker
The induction cooker is a versatile kitchen appliance that allows you to fry, boil, steam, and even roast food directly. It aligns well with traditional Chinese cooking methods and features a compact, stylish design that makes it easy to place and use in any kitchen or restaurant setting.
It requires cookware made of ferromagnetic materials, such as iron, enameled, or stainless steel pots, which must have a flat bottom to ensure proper heat transfer and safe operation.
Disinfection Cabinet
To maximize efficiency and reduce energy consumption, dishes should be washed and drained before placing them in the disinfection cabinet. This ensures faster and more effective disinfection.
Plastic and other heat-resistant tableware should not be placed in the high-temperature lower compartment of the cabinet. Instead, they should go into the upper ozone disinfection section, which operates at a lower temperature to prevent damage to delicate items.
Colored porcelain utensils should never be placed inside the disinfection cabinet, as the glaze and pigments may contain harmful heavy metals like lead and cadmium. When exposed to high temperatures (up to 200°C), these substances can leach into food, posing serious health risks. Therefore, it's important to avoid using colored ceramics for regular dishwashing.
When arranging tableware in the cabinet, it’s best to place bowls, plates, and cups upright on the shelves rather than stacking them. This promotes better air circulation and improves the effectiveness of the disinfection process.
Microwave Oven
Avoid leaving food in the microwave for too long. If you forget to remove it after heating, especially if it has been in the oven for over two hours, it should be discarded to prevent food poisoning.
Never use metal containers or utensils such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, or enamel pots in the microwave. These materials can cause sparks, potentially damaging the appliance and preventing proper cooking of the food.
Soymilk Machine
If the machine doesn’t have enough water or the water level is too low, it will enter a self-protection mode, and the motor and heating element will not activate. This is normal, not a malfunction. Always make sure the water reaches the upper line on the container.
In some areas with hard water, soymilk may form a bean-like residue. This happens due to high mineral content in the water. Using boiled or filtered water can help prevent this issue.
When cleaning the machine, only rinse the bottom part with water and use a brush to clean the inner parts. Do not submerge the main unit or spray water on the top or power socket area, as this could cause electrical damage.
Dishwasher
When loading the dishwasher, ensure all utensils are fully contained within the metal basket. Small items like cups and spoons should be placed in smaller baskets to prevent them from falling or breaking during the wash cycle.
Keep the interior and exterior of the dishwasher clean at all times. After each use, wipe down the filter with a brush to remove debris and prevent clogging. Every month, use a deodorizer in the detergent tank 1–2 times to keep the machine fresh and odor-free.
To achieve the best cleaning results and avoid water spots, always use specialized dishwasher detergent instead of regular soap or washing powder. This helps maintain the cleanliness and longevity of your dishes.
