Bearings with set screws can cause deformation of the bearing casing; should be prevented as much as possible.
2. Flange type device flange type linear bearing; the precision of the inner hole of the bearing box cooperated with it must be accurate.

The optical axis is inserted into the linear bearing; the center line of the shaft and the bearing must be in line. If the shaft is slanted, the ball may fall; or the cage may be deformed; and the linear bearing may be damaged.
The applied load should be evenly distributed over the entire bearing; especially when receiving 霎 loads; two or more bearings should be used. Linear bearings do not accept rotating loads; otherwise they can cause accidents.
