The 15th meeting of the 8th Supervisory Committee of Hunan Jiangnan Red Arrow Co., Ltd. was convened by fax and mail on October 11, 2013, and held through communication voting on October 24, 2013. The meeting included five members of the Board of Supervisors, with four supervisors actually attending: Wang Dehu, Chen Gang, Liu Xian, and Wen Jun. Following the completion of a major asset restructuring involving the acquisition of 100% equity in Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd. (formerly a limited liability company and now renamed "Zhongnan Diamond Co., Ltd."), the company’s controlling shareholder and core business have undergone significant changes. As a result, supervisors Wang Dehu, Chen Gang, and Liu Xian have resigned. In response, the Board of Supervisors proposed the nomination of new supervisor candidates for approval at the shareholders’ meeting.
1. **Approval of the Proposal to Nominate Wang Xia as a Non-Employee Representative Supervisor of the 8th Supervisory Committee**

In order to enhance corporate governance and better protect investor interests, the company has revised the Rules of Procedure of the Supervisory Committee in accordance with the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Companies Standard Operating Guidelines, and other related laws and regulations.
