The HC series cone crusher features an alloy cast steel frame, an alloy forged spindle, and a spiral gear transmission system. Its self-operating feeding system, quick assembly/disassembly design, curved crushing chamber, and other innovative features ensure high processing capacity, low operational costs, and minimal failure rates.
How it works: During normal operation, the motor drives the bevel gear, causing the moving cone to rotate eccentrically. The oil pump controls the cylinder pressure to adjust the discharge opening. When metal or foreign objects are detected, hydraulic oil is injected into the accumulator. Once the object passes through, the accumulator releases the pressure, allowing the crusher to resume normal operation.

1. The upper and lower frames are made from high-quality alloy steel, designed using computer FEM analysis to ensure structural strength and durability. The forged spindle can withstand heavy crushing forces.
