It effectively addressed previous technical issues and improved production line operations, achieving the intended research goals and promoting technological innovation. Currently, efforts are underway to integrate electromechanical systems into various types of tensioners. High-precision displacement sensors are replacing traditional dial gauges, and computer technology is being used to display the stretching amount in real time on electronic screens. This allows workers to monitor and adjust the stretching process as needed. Once completed, the data can be transferred to a central database for future reference. Quality inspectors and managers can now access real-time information about locomotive maintenance quality through the network, enabling them to evaluate operator performance efficiently and maintain high standards of work.
