"Aluminum electrolytic cell three-dimensional insulation comprehensive energy saving technology" effectively reduced the production cost of tons of aluminum, solved the problem of uneven distribution of temperature field in the electrolytic cell caused by conventional insulation method (partial insulation), difficult to effectively reduce the tank voltage, and improved the electrolytic cell The stability, while effectively improving the gas collection efficiency, reduces the power consumption of the purification fan. The promotion and application of “roasting comprehensive energy-saving technology†prolongs the service life of the roaster, optimizes the anode quality, improves the roasting capacity and reduces the production cost. The “Development and Application of Electrolyte Comprehensive Utilization Technology†project realized the rational recycling of materials, reduced production costs, improved the on-site working environment, and achieved significant social and environmental benefits by optimizing the technology of furnace loading and material recycling.
