Bicycle design and verification based on SolidWorks Premium

Bicycles, first introduced to China from Western countries, also known as bicycles or bicycles, are usually two-wheeled small land vehicles. Nowadays, bicycles are spread all over the world and enter every household. It is the most common means of transportation for people. After riding on the car, people use the pedals as the driving force, which is a green and environmentally friendly means of transportation.

At present, bicycle design is a very important job, but also a professional shake. Countries with developed bicycle industry in foreign countries have invested a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources in bicycle design, and have achieved good results. Although China is known as the bicycle production kingdom, there is still a gap in product design work compared with foreign advanced levels. In order to rapidly improve the level of bicycles in China, we must work hard in the design work.

With the growing pursuit of people, bicycle design is not only practical, durable, but also aesthetically pleasing. Generally speaking, at the beginning of design, designers will have a general aesthetic design concept map. The description will be based on the flow of the bicycle design.

First, we express our ideas in the form of sketches based on usage and design intent; as shown in Figure 1;

The overall concept map is the basis of the design. With the overall intention, we can concrete the partial design. For example, the back hook part can be refined as shown in Figure 2. The back hook is a relatively important part of the bicycle. With the replacement and replacement of the transmission and disc brakes, the rear hook part becomes a more critical part of the bicycle frame parts;

Among them, the left and right rear hooks of the bicycle are mostly the same. We can first establish the right rear hook and then use the SolidWorks derived parts to create the left rear hook and the rear part. The specific steps can be taken in Figure 3, and at the same time, the left rear hook Can also participate in Figure 4; through Figure 3, Figure 4, we can easily find that such a complex back hook design, using SolidWorks for design steps is very convenient, and the commands used are also basic commands; The fastest time can be used to transform the design team from traditional design methods to 3D designs;

The five-way part is the key part of the bicycle. The design of the bicycle directly affects the comfort and service life of the bicycle, and the design needs to be beautiful.
