Sick of Back Orders & Delays? You're not alone!

For many years, a major frustration in the Australian welding industry has been unpredictable supply, poor product availability, high back-order rates, and unreliable delivery time frames.

Back-Orders and Delays Cost Time and Money

We understand that back orders and delivery delays:

We’re Determined to be Australia's Most Reliable Welding Supply Partner

We update this page with our line-fill % rate for each month. Whether this % goes up, or whether it goes down - we'll report it 'as is' and you can be the judge!

This rate indicates the % of items/lines that we supply on our distributor's orders, in the first instance. A rate of 98%, for example, means that out of every 100 items/lines, 98 are shipped in full and 2 have back-orders.

Update # 11 - Aug 2018

Due to our move to a new warehouse in Sydney (which has been conducted over several weeks) we have been unable to accurately track line-fill data.

Now that our Sydney warehouse is now fully stocked & operational we can begin tracking again.
We look forward to updating you in our next edition.!

Update # 10 - Jun 2018

Did you hear about that container ship in the Tasman sea that ran into bad weather recently & lost some containers overboard?

Well, we had a lot of product on that ship!

After an anxious wait, we’re happy to say that our product was not included in the lost cargo, however this delayed the delivery of many stock items by several weeks. While this has temporarily affected our supply rate, our team has worked hard to minimise the effects of this. We are also investing in an exciting new upgrade to our facilities that will further improve our supply rate and delivery times... watch this space!!
