Another type of primer filler used on the market is more transparent plaster. Transparent gypsum is a crystalline gypsum mine, a common sulfate mineral with calcium sulfate dihydrate. When the temperature is heated at 65 ° C, the dihydrate gypsum begins to release structural water, but the dehydration rate is relatively slow. At a temperature of about 107 ° C and a water vapor pressure of 971 mmHg, the dehydration speed rapidly increases. As the temperature continues to rise, the dehydration is more accelerated, and at 170-190 ° C, the dihydrate gypsum is dehydrated at a rapid rate to become α-hemihydrate gypsum or β-hemihydrate gypsum. After the long-term placement, the dihydrate gypsum will also be dehydrated into gypsum. The data shows that the water solubility of dihydrate gypsum is 2.08g/L, the α-hemihydrate gypsum is 6.20g/L, and the β-hemihydrate gypsum is 8.15g/L. The soluble anhydrite is 6.30g/L, so from the above information, we can see that there are many risks in the use of such so-called transparent powder. In the long-term process, it will slowly dehydrate and become opaque and soluble in water. Great increase, that is to say, the hydrophilicity is greatly increased.
