It has the characteristics of advanced and reasonable structure, low investment, high degree of automation, high efficiency and energy saving, reliable heat treatment quality and continuous production. The thyristor module with international advanced level is adopted as the continuous mobilization of power components, and the temperature control DTL-812 with computer three-loop programmable temperature controller makes the temperature control accuracy of the furnace increase from ±15 °C of the same equipment to ± 5 ° C. The cooling rate of the new quenching chamber with adjustable quenching speed and uniform cooling of each workpiece is >60 °C/min, ensuring stable mechanical properties and small deviation. The structure of the normal furnace and the tempering furnace is novel, the design is reasonable, the workpiece temperature is uniform, and the energy is high. The whole line transmission system, including feeding, conveying, discharging, opening and closing of each furnace door, turning and other mechanical operation and chain, is realized by PLC programmable controller. The control of the transmission system has reached the international advanced level. Key heat-resistant components such as electric heating elements and trays have a long service life. Due to the use of the above-mentioned series of advanced technologies, the qualification rate of the crankshaft heat treatment production is 100%, and the power saving is 20%.
