In order to ease traffic pressure in the town center and eliminate hidden dangers of traffic safety, from September 1st, the town's economic and trade office will work with the traffic police and transportation departments to carry out unified remediation of coal storage enterprises and coal trucks within the jurisdiction, Ma Yong Avenue and Zhongma. The highway section prohibits the passage of coal transportation vehicles.

From September 1st onwards, if the coal trucks must pass through Machong Avenue and Zhongma Highway, they must apply to the Zhenjiang Economic and Trade Office to obtain temporary vehicle permits before they can drive on the above sections. For coal vehicles that have not obtained a temporary pass and are arbitrarily travelling on a traffic control section, the law enforcement authorities shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law: if the motor vehicle violates the instructions of the prohibition sign, deduct 2 points and impose a fine of 200 yuan. In addition, a fine of 150 yuan shall be deducted for a vehicle that is missing or disperses when the motor vehicle is carrying a vehicle, 6 points will be deducted, a fine of 1000-2,000 yuan will be imposed if the motor vehicle's payload exceeds 30% of the approved quality, and the vehicle shall be temporarily detained.
