According to reports, in the recent past, some illegal elements in Jianshi County exploited mineral resources such as coal, iron, and stone in rivers, mountains, and rock formations, which severely damaged the country’s resources, disrupted the mining order, and undermined the normal production of legitimate enterprises. Business activities have seriously affected people’s production and life. The Jianshi County Party Committee's government has instructed the public security, land, industry and commerce, safety supervision and other departments to set up a rectification class to rectify the mining business operations within the whole county. Huang Dahong, the deputy magistrate of the county party committee, demanded special treatment. In the process, it is necessary to highlight the functions of supervision according to law, but also to insist on the synchronization of management and crackdown; it is necessary to standardize the production and operation behavior of legitimate mining enterprises, and severely crack down on illegal mining, mining, and indiscriminate behavior.

In order to implement the rectification requirements, the functional departments such as industry and commerce quickly established a plan to crack down on the illegal exploitation of mineral resources, and comprehensively dealt with the registration of licenses, supervision of inspections, enforcement of cases, and other aspects. The first is to strictly control access, and to persuade and guide the withdrawal units that have not obtained legal licenses to withdraw from the market, and to resolutely crack down on the wind-driven retailers and ban them according to law. The second is to intensify market inspections and frequency, establish market entity registration accounts, keep abreast of the mining company's work dynamics, do a few clear-cut and clear-cut situations, and establish a sound accountability system. The third is to make use of the 12315 report and complaint function, open up appeal channels, and encourage the general public to report illegal mining behavior. The fourth is to establish a departmental coordination mechanism, strengthen coordination and communication with the public security, land and other departments, and build a mechanism for resource sharing, information exchange, case discussion and consultation, and form an overall linkage structure of joint supervision. The fifth is to step up efforts to investigate and crack down on the cracking down of unlicensed enterprises and individuals engaged in the mining and distribution of mineral products, and to expose typical cases. Criminals who have violated criminal laws are legally transferred to the judicial authorities for criminal responsibility and high-pressure illegal mining activities.

At present, this work is progressing rapidly. A total of 82 mining companies have been cleared, 15 warning notices have been issued, and 3 rectifications have been ordered. With the filing of the case, the mining order has been fundamentally reversed.
